Very Good Location, Cheap and Comfy!

The place is located just 2 stops from Oktoberfest Tents!!! It is between two underground stops which to each it is about 5 min walk. The hostel is clean and comfy. The rooms were very good size with clean beddings and towels provided. There are communal showers and toilets (very clean) also we had a shower in our room. The breakfast provided was very tasty and the staff was helpful. The manager speaks some English and help us to find post office. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

The Pension am Harras was finally closed and sold in 2018.
All reviews until 12/2018 concern a company that does not exist anymore.
From 2019 a completely new company THE DOT will be run at the same address,
which has no similarities with the predecessor company.
You're welcome take this into account when looking at the old reviews.

Be aware of this place and in particular the manager

Just spent a few days at this place. Old carpet in the rooms. Smelly shower. Meagre breakfast. NOT KID FRIENDLY AT ALL. Do not stay there with children. Our child did a couple of spills on the carpet and the manager wanted to charge us 200 Euros. He then harassed us until we felt so uncomfortable we had to leave. Not to mention the fact that if you lose your key to the room, the official hotel policy is to charge you 400 Euros. Yes folks. 400 Euros for a lost key. The manager of this place is a scammer. STAY AWAY!

Très bon rapport qualité-prix

Un peu excentré, mais accessible par le U-Bahn, cet hôtel installé sur un étage situé dans un immeuble avec des appartements est malheureusement un peu difficile à repérer de l’extérieur, mais reste une alternative rapport qualité-prix très intéressante. Vous aurez une chambre avec une literie très confortable, le tout parfaitement propre et très bien entretenu.
Certains des avis précédents mentionnent des nuisances sonores. Pour ma part, je n’en ai aperçu aucune, pourtant j’ai plutôt tendu l’oreille du aux commentaires négatifs.
Il est vrai que les cloisons ne sont pas extrêmement épaisses, mais à aucun moment ni la tranquillité ni l’intimité des clients semblent compromises (après, si vous avez des voisins qui sortent leur haut parleur JBL vous aurez le même problème dans n’importe quel autre hôtel...).
Pour ma part, je recommande cet hôtel, j’y retournerai sans hésitation.
Notez toutefois que vous n’aurez pas de salle d’eau privative, mais deux sanitaires accessibles via le couloir central et que le petit déjeuner sera proposé dans une boulangerie à 150 m qui ouvre à 8h les dimanches.

Oktoberfest!!!

In occasione dell'Oktoberfest abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura!
Molto comoda e vicina con i mezzi per raggiungere il centro.
Camera ampia, bagno confortevole, e letti comodi...
Che dire, si ci può recare.....
