The room and bathroom are full of hair! A cleanliness nightmare, not for the faint of heart!

Everything is covered in hair... I have never experienced this... was the room even cleaned?
The floor is very dirty and the hair disgusts me so much. Not just a little hair here and there, but really everywhere.
It is not a big deal that the room is so small. But it should be clean!
Moreover, it really stinks coming from the
drain, and that is why the whole room smells.
And the night lamp by the bed is broken.

The map in the app shows the hotel closer to the Central Station, it actually is. It is located in quite a noisy neighborhood (at least it was so on the weekend). A/C did not seem to work, and whenever you opened the window, you heard everything from the busy streets downstairs. The guy in reception did not seem to care much about us, and the lady the next morning even less. The room was small, but nice.

Only once!

First time in Munich for a Christmas Fair, we choosed Munich Deluxe for the position. At the end of our trip, we saw that was thw only real plus. Most tiny rooms we have ever seen (but we knew when we paid), not very clean, not warm enough and, sadly, not very friendly personnel.
As the position, 10 min to the Central Station, 10 min to the S Bahn (urban train), 7 min to the tram station and, very important for us, 5 min to The Forum Shoping Mall, plenty to buy from. And don't forget, max 30 min by tram, train or pedestrian to Marienplatz Christmas Fair.
We have'nt choosed breakfast because of the price, we considered 18 euro to much. Was our choice, in our budget.
Next time in Munich we will choose another hotel, that's for sure!
Sorry, it's my first negative review, also my first negative experience.
