A hotel of excellence.. from the chilled water, juice and treats waiting g for you in the lobby, to the quick, polite and efficient checking staff. Our stay was off to a perfect start. We arrived early and were given a room with no fuss.
The lobby is large and has great sitting areas with inside and outside bar service.
The room was spacious and well appointed. The drinking water supplied was a treat. The bed was so comfortable, and linen crisp and spotless.
Our towels so soft.
Being a step to the Rhine waterfront and walking distance to the city centre were a bonus.
I would highly recommend a stay of a couple of days to really enjoy your time.

We had a wonderful stay and were very happy with all the services from the welcome, water and treats, helpfulness of staff and ease of check in.

It’s a fantastic and very comfortable stay overall. Great location. Excellent staff. Comfortable room. Great variety at breakfast.

A sophisticated hotel in the heart of Germany

Very beautiful hotel with a great location right on the Rhine. Only a 20-minute walk from the center. Very good staff, very good cuisine, and an all-encompassing breakfast buffet

Short trip

Nice ladies at the reception. Very beautiful location.
Lobby with bar is nice.
Breakfast buffet: We are used to better from 5-star hotels. Average. Some egg dishes must be paid for separately.
Filter coffee is served.
Otherwise you have to get everything yourself, which is doable.
First room: TV broken. Received a new room. The air conditioning didn't work properly here. And that with daytime temperatures of 34 degrees. Room window on the full sunny side.
We didn't want to complain again. The reception ladies are not to blame. A maintenance technician is needed.
Put bicycles in the underground garage:
For this, you have to go through the lobby and then with the elevator.
