Fine and clean
There's a closet and some shelf space. The tilt/tilt window worked as it should. There is a hatch to make the room dark. We noticed that the room was quite warm, despite the stove being off and it was February. But a little airing quickly remedied this. Unfortunately, there is no fridge. Fortunately, a hollow bar for a drink.
The prices in the bar are of Dutch height. Not cheap, then. The service by the Ukrainian people is top notch. The owner also walks around constantly and helps with everything. In the bar you can have a nice music; they don't really know that in Germany.
Parking is free and in front of the door. You can't charge an EV here.
The food was included and was excellent. Both in taste and quantity. The breakfast is not too extensive, but you don't need more as a nice fresh sandwich. With croissants on Sunday. Don't be late though because it will run out sometime.
We used the sauna. Don't expect a wellness complex. A Sauna. That's it. There's a whirlpool but you had to put money in a vending machine for that. The steam room was not switched on. There are also 3 relax chairs. Whether you dress is left to yourself (...)
All in all highly recommended and we would love to go back again. Especially because of the location near shops etc.

Above average good with great value for money.
Points of a critical nature:
- no Dutch TV channels to receive in the room
- were housed in the annex and not in the hotel. The entrance to the annex is on another street: 100 meters by public road to the entrance of the hotel (i.e. jacket to breakfast and dinner). Nuisance caused by the traffic noise of the very busy road to which the annex is located (opening a window is not an option}. It's too bad.
Lingen is a nice nice place with a large indoor shopping center and weekly market. Plenty of walking and cycling opportunities and sights. We'd go back there in no time.
