VISIT TO KIEL

Hotel of the chain, completely new and in very good location, the location close to the central station makes it perhaps the best of this accommodation, the room to be three people is very small, for two is great because it has double bed and sofa and is spacious but going to a third that sofa fulfills the bed services and stays everything very compact, the wardrobe to hang the clothes is also fair, a little minimalist, the bathroom more than fulfills its service. The breakfast quite complete but also complicated if you do service very late by the increase in people and there is not room for everyone, many in our case have gone to the reception tables otherwise the hotel very clean as well as the room and the very friendly staff.

Really underestimated

If I get the negative reviews in here. It is a clean, nice and well-maintained hotel, from end to end. Good spacious rooms that are bright, neat and clean. The whole hotel is stylistically neat and simply decorated. Centrally located. Friendly and good service. Parking right outside. And Wunderino arena also right up. We first read the reviews here after we booked. But we were so positively surprised. And will definitely come back.

Never again :(

I’m so sad to say that this has been some sad hours we have been in this hotel.
We arrived at 18.00 from Denmark.
We travel a lot and are not hard to make happy.
But having 2 receptionist talk to me as I i am stupid and really made their shift a living hell, because I ask for two rooms close to each other as we travel with our KIDS, 2 ekstra blankets so we could have one each, and 2 extra pillows, made me feel like I ruined their day!
The receptionist started explaining to me that it is EVENING and that this is NOT an option with a service like this. Even though I had asked earlier before going out for dinner, if we could pick up some blankets.
After telling them to speak nice to me, and that I wasn’t here to make their evening bad, but just wanted comfort for my family, I got two blankets and ONE pillow handed over the desk so could bring it to the room.
Feeling unwelcome in a hotel I payed a decent amount of money to stay in for a holiday with my family, is NOT nice!
I am not going to stay here again

If we could give the staff and hotel a 1000 stars we would! Thank you all for looking after us, good talks and making a difficult time better. We highly recommend this hotel!

Everything was great except you couldn't turn the volume of the tv up past a certain level so it was hard to hear. The ac was only allowed to go up or down 3 degrees so it was hot. There is no ventilation. The rooms are tiny and not designed well for function. The elevator was tricky at first. The staff was great and friendly and professional. The price of the room was not worth it at all.
