A perfect hotel

Four of us were here over the weekend and we were absolutely thrilled
Every member of staff in the hotel was courteous and super friendly and helpful!
The entire hotel is very clean and so beautifully furnished...
We were absolutely thrilled with the new sauna area... it is prepared on request...
The breakfast and our booked dinner were simply incredible
There was nothing that wasn't incredibly delicious...
In addition, our booked package also included coffee/cake in the associated Moselland Museum
That was also great and the cake and the 100 percent great, funny service
We will definitely come back...
We would like to thank the entire team at the hotel

5 days trip to the Moselle with friends

We booked this trip through “Save with Trips” . They were wonderful days with everything you could wish for.
Room, service, restaurant, bar all very well! The service has to be rated extra with ***** asterisk - very attentive and courteous!
We can definitely recommend the hotel

Peace and quiet

What a lovely quiet place in the middle of the Moselle valley.
Nice rooms, we were on the side. Road in front of the hotel though busy.
Dogs are also welcome here and they are even nice to it.
Lovely use of the saunas
1 sana hold with light therapy
1 Turkish steam room
1 Finnish 90 degree sauna
Lovely rest area and drinks.
TOP arranged.
In front of the hotel you can enjoy walking, cycling along or canoeing in the Moselle or to busy Cochem.

Regrettable

We were customers for years and satisfied. Reserved this year and have to cancel due to illness with doctor's certificate. Now we should pay the whole amount for something we haven't been to. If you treat loyal customers like that, we'll never go there again.

Short trip to Ernst

I was able to go to the Hotel Pollmanns in Ernst with a friend for a few days. When we arrived we were given a very warm welcome . That left a first impression that fascinated us. Then we went to the rooms, which are very spacious and lacked nothing. Then we went to the gastronomy, the staff and the artists. The food on offer far exceeded our expectations of hotel cuisine. The half board menu leaves nothing to be desired. Soup, three different main courses and a dessert to choose from. The preparation of the dishes shows great craftsmanship that is mastered . The breakfast buffet leaves nothing to be desired, super delicious and fresh with everything that was served.
All in all there is only one headline;
Top hotel from the staff to the boss, all hosts with heart and soul!!!!
That's why this hotel and its magicians are highly recommended . I'd love to come back again to relax .
