Catastrophic
Particularly worrying was the ventilation system, which was covered in mold. In addition, electrical outlets were damaged, so we did not dare to use them. The mattresses were heavily sagged and slipped during the night. The toilet seat was also in a hygienic condition that was unreasonable from our point of view.
Due to the serious hygienic deficiencies, we used neither the shower nor the breakfast, as we had significant health concerns.
The conduct of the staff also did not leave a good impression. Our concerns were not responded to appropriately, and we found the service to be uncommitted and very slow.
Overall, the condition of the hotel in no way met our expectations. For the reasons mentioned, we unfortunately cannot recommend this hotel.

Never again.

We booked a short vacation: On Saturday, a day trip to the Therme Erding followed by an overnight stay at the Andante Hotel Erding. As is common with such offers, the thermal stay was the actual reason and highlight of our trip.
Since we arrived at the Therme only at noon, we wanted to make the most of the opening hours (until 10:00 PM). Accordingly, we arrived at the hotel only around 9:45 PM. Since the reception was no longer staffed at that time, we had to call the provided phone number to get our room key – that worked smoothly, at least.
However, when we entered our room (Room 68 on the second floor), we thought we were going to faint:
The heat: The room had a huge glass front on one entire side. There was no air conditioning, and the room felt like it was 40 degrees Celsius. Everything in this room – the beds, the carpet, the furniture – radiated extreme heat.
No draft: We immediately opened all the windows that could be opened. However, since all the windows were on the same side of the room, there was no airflow, and the room did not cool down at all.
Useless aids: The two provided fans did absolutely nothing except stir up the hot air. We even had to leave the room door open to the hotel corridor for over an hour... all without success. Under these conditions, sleep was hardly an option for us and the children.
However, the biggest outrage was the rude and unprofessional behavior of the staff the next morning. When I kindly mentioned at the reception during check-out that this room was absolutely unacceptable, the gentleman at the front desk gave us an extremely rude response: We should have arrived earlier; then we might have been given a different room.
This is an absolutely absurd argument. If the hotel was not fully booked (which was easily seen from the many empty parking spaces), why would they assign such a "greenhouse" to a family with two children?! Moreover, a hotel must understand that with a spa package, guests will take advantage of the spa day and not just show up at the hotel at 6:00 PM.
Conclusion:
I cannot recommend this hotel at all. The room was a disaster, the staff is rude and has no idea about customer service, and to top it all off, the hotel is also quite far from the spa.
A clear no from us, and never again!

We booked a short weekend trip that combined a day at Therme Erding on Saturday with an overnight stay at the Andante Hotel Erding. As with most bookings of this type, the main highlight of the trip was intended to be the thermal baths.
Since we arrived at the Therme at noon and wanted to make the most of our day (it stays open until 10 PM), we reached the hotel at around 9:45 PM. As the reception was already closed at this hour, we had to call the provided phone number to obtain our room key, which worked well.
However, entering our room (Room 68 on the second floor) was an absolute shock.
The Heat: The room featured a massive, full-length glass wall on one side. There was no air conditioning, and the room felt like it was at least 104°F. Literally everything inside—the beds, the carpet, the furniture—was radiating intense heat.
No Ventilation: We immediately opened all available windows, but since they were all on the same side of the room, there was absolutely no draft. The room simply would not cool down.
Useless Amenities: Turning on the two provided fans did absolutely nothing but circulate hot air. We even had to leave our room door open to the hallway for over an hour just to get some air, but it did not help. Sleeping in these conditions was a nightmare, especially for our children.
The biggest disappointment, however, was the unprofessional and rude staff the next morning. When I politely mentioned at the reception that assigning such a room was unacceptable, the man at the counter gave me a very snappy and defensive reply. He claimed we should have arrived earlier, and then they might have assigned us a different room.
This is an absurd argument. If the hotel wasn't even fully booked (which was obvious from the half-empty parking lot), why on earth would you give this greenhouse of a room to a family with young children in the first place?! Furthermore, when booking a Therme package, the hotel must expect guests to utilize the pool opening hours and not check in at 6 PM.
Summary:
I cannot recommend this hotel at all. The rooms (at least the one we had) are terrible, the staff is incredibly rude and lacks basic customer service skills, and to top it off, the hotel is quite a distance away from the Therme.
A clear NO from us. Never again.

Anything but recommended
Already on arrival and when trying to check in the first problems - our booking was not stored in the system and how had to explain us first.
Then the second defining event upon entering the room and looking at the bed - a bug that sat on the pillow and then walked all over the bed. Also on further inspection in the bathroom the next defects - dirty faucets, shower faucets, mold and rust in the sink and an unsanitary old/rusty trash can.
Also on the curtains were sometimes large stains.
All in all - not bearable even for one night.
Upon checking out, the video with the bug running across the bed was perceived with little reaction.
A member of staff went to the cleaner and shared it with her in another language - here just a bored expression and a shrug of the shoulders.
No redress measures were offered - which would have been more than appropriate here.
Clearly not a recommendation.
