The staff was kind and professional. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was exceptionally good. The parking lot was behind the hotel but had plenty of parking. The overall experience was great!

We stopped for one night on our way north, the hotel looked okay and we booked it.
We arrived at six a clock and got our room and went for dinner.
Later when it was sleeping time we got the big surprise the two beds were totally broken not much sleep that night!!!
Reception closed seven a clock so it was not possible to change the room.

Clean, neat, and ideal location

Really German hotel, clean and tidy, basic room, breakfast, and bathroom. Private parking where you, in our case, could place the motorcycles fine. Small but cozy restaurant with fine schnitzels and tasty bitburgers. Cabinet at the reception with various drinks that are settled on trust, very comfortable feeling gives that and says a lot about the German hospitality. Bitburg really has everything you need and is an ideal base for beautiful motorcycle routes in the Eifel, Volcano Eifel, and Luxemburg. We are very happy with this hotel.

Good hotel in a convenient location for the town. Traditional furnishings but room was perfectly fine. Good breakfast. We were able to park our motorcycle within the rear courtyard.
Slight negative is that the front entrance to the hotel is not in use and access is via the rear door. It took us a while to discover this as you have to drive through a public car park to reach the entrance. Overall a decent hotel with pleasant staff.

Nice little hotel.

Small cozy hotel in the centre with nice parking possibilities behind the hotel. Nice rooms and there are really nice done clean and well ⁇ ined. Breakfast on a daily basis was a little spartan, but there was nothing lacking.
The restaurant was closed, but there are many nice restaurants in the cozy town. We will definitely come back.
