Wonderful Stay !

Stayed there for few nights for business trip , it was recommendation from friends due to location and near work and won’t regret it ! The hotel with its Colours and great lobby and rooms is really perfect . No complaints at all . Staff was really great and helpful , breakfast spread had lots of options . Will stay there again

Great stay in Berlin

The hotel is in a great area, the gym and the spa are definitely a highlight, the room is very comfortable. Travelling solo, I had a great time stying there. As a vegan, I prefered not to take breakfast there, so I don't know if there are many vegan options, because there are so many amazing restaurant around. It's also very close to the 100% Plant based Rewe shop.

Negative spiral

I’ve been a regular guest at the Nhow Berlin for the past 16 years. The hotel have been declining for the past 7 years. First they closed the restaurant, so now you only have this cheap diner food that they sell you at disproportionate prices. Then they removed the minibars. Then They removed the security(in 2022 I apprehended a literal theif in my room, who had stolen a keycard from the maid and was raiding my suite). Now they have also removed the service and decency when it comes to taking care of the guests and settling up. At our latest visit, they not only were absolutely uncaring of my wife’s disability, they actually tried to cheat us on the bill, overcharging us for food, drinks and services we had ordered during our stay. Even when confronted with this issue, I had to do the defend my claim repeatedly, because they would not recognise their mistake. I had to contact my Discovery club and have them argue my case, before they would pay up the difference. All in all a sad development upon an already sad development.

just as I told you before via e-mail and also as an response on your google review:
we are verry sorry that your stay did not meet your expectations. We tried our best to make your stay as perfect as possible.
We removed the minibars but got an mini supermarket in the lobby to have all important products available for all guests at every time.
I can also assure you that we do not have a security problem in our hotel. In addition, we try to take care of every guest especially the one who have a disability.
Unfortunately, there was an issue with your bill but we fixed directly after we noticed.
Please accept my apologies. We will learn from our mistakes and make it better when you stay with us next time!

Brilliant experience. The staff really kindly upgraded me so I could check in early, but there was a problem with that room. Very efficient in sorting the issue and gave me another upgrade and free drink. Wish I’d been staying longer to try out their facilities/sauna too

Great hotel

Location is excellent. Convenient and on the river.
A quick walk from S/U station and surrounded by restaurants and things to see do - including east side gallery.
Room was very cool (artistically and literally with good air con!)
Very pink and fun/quirky.
Bed comfy, well appointed and liked the decor around the hotel.
Decent value and would return.
12pm check out was really helpful. Nice not to rush out!
One of the USBs didn’t work which was a-bit annoying!
