Spring Time in Berlin
We had a fantastic stay at the NH Collection Berlin. The hotel is in a perfect location with excellent transport links nearby, including trams, the underground, bus stops, and the train station, which made getting around Berlin extremely easy.
The hotel itself was very clean and tidy throughout, with modern and comfortable rooms. The staff were excellent — friendly, professional, and always happy to help with any questions or requests.
Overall, a great experience and we would definitely stay here again when visiting Berlin.

Unclean, terrible hotel
Booked after reading stellar reviews, all wrong!! Checked in while being bitten by mosquitoes, checked into a disgusting room. Worst toilet I have seen - wasnt even cleaned properly , shower area so small you can barely take a proper shower especially because shower head was broken. Bathtub full of dust and sand - had to clean myself before child could take a bath. Room curtains tattered . Unclean sheets on beds and duvet not properly covered by the cover- yuck! Hotel Wallpaper peeling and musty smell in all hallways. On top of it , for 5 nights stay for 3 people - ONE bottle of water provided as per policy.

Luxury stay in central Berlin

Outstanding Value, Comfort & Professionalism
The rooms were clean, well appointed, and comfortable. Coffee and toiletries were much better than anticipated. Staff were friendly and professional. But the breakfast was world class. It was buffet style, but the food choices were amazing. The omelets were freshly prepared and delicious. Varieties of bread, fresh squeezed juices & smoothies, honey’s, preserves, meats, relishes, coffee, etc., etc., etc., were like no other venue I have had the pleasure of visiting, in all my years of business or personal travel. Truly a memorable stay.

Meh
It’s a decent hotel. Windows provide good soundproofing. We were on the 7th floor front and heard no street noise and only faint noise from trains. Breakfast buffet is delicious and has abundant choices. All of the hotel staff that we encountered were friendly and welcoming. King size mattress and pillows were comfortable. Main drawbacks: the room desperately needed a fresh paint job especially the bathroom; the grout in the shower needs to be bleached or needs a good scrubbing; the flooring is separating in some places and just looks downright cheap: and the towels could be a lot softer.
