Again and again!
we were at the Hotel Palace in room 454 from 07/17 to 07/27 and must honestly say: This place is so good that it is almost annoying! You simply cannot find absolutely anything to criticize. Everything is perfectly organized and the entire team is so incredibly warm that you wonder how this standard is maintained every day.
The best part of the ten days, however, was the change in feeling: After just a few days, it did not feel like an anonymous hotel stay at all anymore. It was more like coming home to really good friends. The time went by much too fast. Anyone looking for a vacation where you feel perfectly taken care of from the very first moment simply must book this hotel. Thank you very much for everything – we will definitely be back!

Nice rooms - luxury
Nice bright room with a nice bed, with mattresses with a really good comfort, nice bedding, and then the bed was high. Great for one with a bad back, and this bed was easy to get out of. We're both pretty tall, but when I sat on the bed, I couldn't reach the floor.
Very nice bathroom, with a shower that could be adjusted properly, and a brush pad, so even the tallest could stand inside the bathroom, without bowing.
Staff was service-minded and smiling all the way around.
After all, there was also breakfast included in the price, and there was everything you could wish. A lovely experience to get to.
The hotel was chosen because of the spa area, and you can look forward to it. We were greeted by a cute smiling girl, who in a fine English explained how everything went. The water was wonderfully temperate, and we were so lucky that it was almost empty, so we could enjoy that you can actually swim in this pool. Really nice area with paintings painted on the walls.
In addition, the hotel is very centrally located to most of Berlin. This deal was all worth the money.
