quick check-in, smiling staff
the hotel is in the line of the Novotel (despite no longer being owned by the chain) with a modern and sober decor
clean room despite a strong smell of cigarettes.
I welcome the responsiveness of the staff when we ask for sheets and towels
the children were able to enjoy the pool which seemed well maintained
correct and varied breakfast
a small renovation would be necessary for the toilets on the ground floor and the elevator

Novotel Setif...
My family and I stayed one night at the Novotel de Sétif, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing.
The staff is neutral or non-existent. I felt like I was invisible. A simple hello seemed like an excessive request. The interior of the elevator is damaged, and when it arrives at the requested floor, the doors open before it even completely stabilizes. This is extremely dangerous, especially for young children. At breakfast time, around 9am, I wanted to go to the toilet on the ground floor to avoid going back to my room. The state of play was simply unacceptable: the sinks were dirty in the morning, and there was not even toilet paper. Still on the ground floor, on the men's side, there were toilets accessible to people with reduced mobility but the wall tiles were broken, with a visible hole! The room, for its part... let’s not even talk about it. I understand that this is an affordable hotel, but there is a minimum to respect! There were four of us, and there were only 2 sheets for all of us! The only positive about our stay: the majority of the breakfast seemed to be homemade (if the waiter was true).
I hope that those responsible will take my comments into account.

Unforgettable experience
strategic location in the city center of Sétif not far from the mall of Sétif
professional staff
diverse and varied breakfast and good
I had dinner on site there was a choice of food and dishes varies of good quality with good dessert
