A good property, just a bit far from the beach

A good property, new, refined and elegant in Vlorë; it is located in the legal district and near police stations, which also gives a greater sense of security.
The staff is extremely kind and helpful.
The room is large and well-equipped to have all the necessary comforts for a good stay; the cleanliness of the room is good.
The breakfast service, apart from a mix-up on the first day, was always very rich and varied; another plus of the service is that it is carried out on a panoramic terrace.
Extra services are also available upon request.
I did not give 5 stars for these reasons:
1. They do not speak English and if you do not use Google Translate in Albanian it is difficult to understand each other and communicate
2. The distance: it is not as indicated. On foot it takes at least 35 - 40 minutes to reach the beach on foot, otherwise 10 minutes by taxi (cost from 5 to 10 euros each way)
3. The details: I do not conceive of a 4-star room with a shower curtain, the secondary mirror missing and placed in a drawer in the entryway, a "wobbly" water drain grate
4. The minibar power that cuts off when you remove the electronic key from its slot: I understand the reason, but it would be good to exclude it from the room's electrical service logic.
That said, I highly recommend it.

if you are traveling through Vlora - or coming, a good choice

The hotel is completely renovated. Very comfortable rooms (40 square meters), with a balcony, all amenities: slippers, toothpaste, toothbrushes, shampoos, soaps, self-adjusting air conditioning, parking space (covered), extremely friendly staff. Close to the center 3-5 minutes walk. Owner extremely helpful. Solid breakfast, exceptional cleanliness, comfortable beds, linen: cotton

I'm not going back. They did not register us in reception, and the owner is not the top of kindness and hospitality.

A deserted hotel where there is never anyone in reception. Grumpy and incompetent young owner. Zero kindness

Always happy!

We spent five nights at the Hotel Rolex and left with a consistently positive impression. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful – a big praise to the whole team! Our room was very clean, the bathroom modern and well maintained. We were particularly impressed by the view from the terrace: You had a fantastic view over the whole city of Vlora – as if it lay at your feet. We felt completely comfortable and can recommend the hotel without restriction.

Bad aircondition

Aircondition was not working in the room. Very hot Rooms. Hard to sleep. Bathroom with no curtin or walls in the shower. Breakfast ok and nice view over the city from restaurant. Bad, bad aircondition.hot…………………………………………………………………………..
