What a lovely little Boutique hotel this is. Each room tastefully done, staff friendly and went above and beyond to make our sta
The staff were so hard working, polite and well mannered.
Breakfast was varied, although we stayed there in the spring and the hotel was not full.
I particularly enjoyed all the original art work hanging on the wall of the corridors.
We had a fantastic experience and can't wait to visit there again in the future, as this time it was fully booked

Poor hotel
Pros:
Great location close to the beach
Spacious rooms with a pleasant appearance
Beautiful sea views from the balcony
Cons:
The hotel occupies the 7th floor of a residential building, so calling it a hotel may be a bit of a stretch
The elevator only fits three people at a time and is dirty and slow
The hotel's main entrance is open 24/7, and the reception desk is often unattended
The hotel corridors are carpeted, with additional rugs placed on top, making it very inconvenient to move around with luggage
According to the bathroom amenities, shampoo and body wash should have been provided, but the body wash dispenser was already empty when we arrived. We requested room cleaning twice during our stay, but it was never refilled
The bathroom towels were stained
The breakfast selection was repetitive, and although breakfast was served until 10:00 a.m., most of the food was gone by 9:00 a.m. and was not replenished
The quality of room cleaning was rather poor
When we reported a sewage odor in the room, the hotel's response was indifferent. They poured bleach down the shower drain and said they did not know what was causing the issue. They neither offered us another room nor called anyone to properly fix the problem, despite promising to do so
The breakfast attendant constantly looked angry and stared at guests as if annoyed by their presence
Summary:
The location is excellent and the room is spacious. However, if you care about fire safety (there is a large fireproof metal door in the corridor next to an open stairwell, making its purpose unclear), expect a good breakfast, or appreciate a warm and welcoming atmosphere, I would not recommend choosing this hotel.
