Beautiful quiet modern hotel.

Beautiful, modern, spacious sea side room with large balcony and welcoming staff. Nice breakfast. Great location 7 minute walk to ferry port and 10 minutes from city center. Public beach nearby.

Unfortunately, my stay was very disappointing and there were several issues that made it difficult to enjoy the experience
There was no WiFi available, which was particularly inconvenient. Several of the lights had no light bulbs, and the outdoor lighting remained on past midnight, making the room unnecessarily bright at night due to the lack of curtains
The shower also had very poor pressure and the shower head was broken, which made using it difficult. There was dirty, unfinished-looking plaster in the room which added to the overall impression that the accommodation had not been properly maintained
To make matters worse, loud music was being played from around 8:30am, which was very disruptive. I also asked for help in the morning with finding a nearby bank and was ignored
Overall, there were far too many basic issues for this to feel like a comfortable or well-managed stay. A property can have the potential to be lovely, but the lack of basic facilities, maintenance and customer service really let this place down

I had a sea view room which was nice. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was awkward at best. Breakfast was very basic.
They were just opening for the season and really not up to speed.

The hotel has a great location for the beach and it has many restaurants and grocery facilities nearby, the hosts were friendly and very helpful. 10/10 for cleanliness.
