Lovely Experience

Julia welcomed us with a huge smile and showed us into the spacious room.
Information on the Camdeboo National Park, especially about the Valley of Desolation was shared by Julia, which we went to and enjoyed.
The room was very spacious and comfortable, we also enjoyed cooling off in the pool.
Breakfast was ample and tasty.
Thanks Julia, we enjoyed our stay, well recommend.

Very Relaxing Stay

Langhuis is a beautiful guesthouse in a lovely part of town. The stoep at the back of the house overlooks a beautiful garden and gorgeous scenic views of the mountains. The hosts are very friendly and welcoming and the stay was nice and peaceful. The breakfast that was included the next morning was also very nice. I will definitely go back.

Absolute Gem

Beautifully decorated, conveniently situated with all amenities coupled with incredible service by Julia and a very delicious Breakfast. Thank you, Julia, we will definitely be back!

Nice place to relax

Going out for dinner you must drive by car!
Beautiful pool with a great view.
Breakfast was delicious.

Langhuis Relaxation

Julia, the Manageress is a wonderful hostess and makes the most delicious breakfasts too. The rooms, location, peacefulness on the edge of town and the lovely pool were everything we were looking for. Comfy beds with quality linen. Within easy walking distance to the hub of shops, coffee spots, gift shops in Somerset Road. Complimentary coffee and rusks in the room. I did think R30 for a tea bag was a bit steep. They are provided in the room but the indication per the little board was that tea costs R30 so am assuming that was per tea bag. Swimming towels are provided and the verandah/stoep was a perfect place to read books on the daybed. Lovely loungers and daybed at the pool area too. Amenities in the bathroom were a good quality too.

Regarding the tea, there may have been a small miscommunication. Tea and coffee provided in the room are, of course, complimentary. Tea served from the kitchen is charged at R30.
