Clean, comfortable and very affordable
Previous review ! Gecko's ate good they eat mosquitos and present no risk to you. In the middle of Vietnam I want to see geckos.
We stayed in the bungalows across from the main complex, nicely set apart and each with a veranda, etc.
Unfortunately there was a big soccer game which vietnam won so there was noise and music from outside the complex, however the establishment can't be held responsible for that.
It's a little remote but ttaxisare cheap. It has all you need for very little money.
I I don't know about any food offerings as i was moving on early the following day, but i would stay again.

Plain & basic.
Outdoors patio was unuseable, sitting area was worn out, very dirty & full of geckos again.
Next to the hanging bridge and traditional house so that’s the good part. But as mentioned in other reviews Kon Tum city is centrally located thus this is a couple of kilometers away from all the action, absolutely nothing to do around, if your not carrying your essentials you will have to back track to the general stores a few kilometers away, good if you have a bike, but if you dont your basically stuck, grab or other apps do not work as of now in this location, walking down to town is a good option, but if your someone scared of dogs look elsewhere, there are plenty of dogs althrough the town, and usually they are never vaccinated. No information is provided of any guides or tours of the local attractions. Although they have pamplets, but they dont want to show for some reason.
I could have easily stayed another night if a clean room with a open view was provided.
Positives.
- staff especially the lady manager was very helpful. Super kind and even offered to not charge for a double booking i had mistakenly made.
- Away from all the hustle and bustle, away from loud karaokes and bars.
- Covered and clean parking area.
Not good.
- Housekeeping, there are homestays which have better cleaning and hygiene.
- Location (well they cant do anything about it, atleast till the time the town grows) but they can atleast provide with information or a paid guide or paid service for someone to fetch things, after hundreds of kilometers of travel, you have to get back on bike to go for yourself to get basic items.
- Geckos, insects, ok that’s nature, but you dont want it in that quantity and all over the place.
Overall it’s works for group stays or solo travellers, backpackers on a very basic budget, looking for a night rest. Otherwise this does’nt suit.

Very good value for money
Good welcome. Room with garden view, large and clean. Television fridge air conditioning. Large bed with firm mattress. New and clean bathroom with separate WC. Breakfast is not included. No restaurant so considering the location plan to travel by taxi or scooter. Rental at the hotel.
Very good value for money Room at €18 per night.
