Not a 5 star hotel by any means

Location isn’t great. It’s a taxi ride to anywhere you’d want to go. Useful for the airport.
Dead ambiance , just no atmosphere .
Housekeeping really needed to be more proactive in all communal areas. Floors, tables etc grubby and needing constant attention.
Staff were unfriendly
Horrible lighting in the bedroom, harsh downlighting.
Lovely comfortable beds
Definitely not a 5 star hotel and wouldn’t stay here again

Please don't book this hotel ! It says it is 4 star but it's not . Super old and moldy . Showers are moldy and seems like not cleaned with right products . They were understanding and changed my room but it has mold on the shower nobs and the corners , front of my room wasn't cleaned at all and the hotel hall way is pretty disgusting and has an odor.
They should not charge as much as they do . I just paid 5× the money for a old hotel . The staff are amazing . I requested a refund but they said they can't . They gave me a free massage but still doesnt make sense why they have not up kept their hotel to a 4 star standard.
