More than expected. ..

Don't judge this book by it's cover. This place is what I would call a diamond in the ruff. The room was clean and the New Management team was great. My kids and I came to visit my husband there so we needed a bigger space...the manager Annie was extremely hospitable...and we got more than we could ask for....the kitchenette was fully stocked..the Internet was fast and the pool was absolutely refreshing... we will always book the Executive Inn while visiting Seminole, Oklahoma!!

DO NOT ENTER, YOUR HEALTH IS AT RISK

I came here from Pennsylvania for a wedding. Found black mold behind doors and under sinks. Found mushrooms growing in the carpeting. Ended up in the emergency room, as I am a severe asthmatic. Evidence of bedbugs, there was water under the floor tiles, and more.
We showed management, and they admitted that they openly knew about these issues. Cleaning lady outright said there was issues with black mold in adjacent rooms, and this was said as she was getting the room cleaned and prepped for another unfortunate soul.
Tried to get a refund for a 300 dollar visit as I had to leave early after two days for extreme medical reasons, they only gave the cardholder (wasn’t me) 50 dollars back. Their claim was that we “Didn’t tell them when we got there”. The attitude we were given was that they wanted us gone.
This place will kill you. For the safety of yourselves and your families, do not come here. Shut them down. I will continue posting this everywhere that I can.

BEWARE of the BEDBUGS

after staying at this motel on several different occasions with no problems and great service the last stay was the LAST STAY. My daughter had bed bug bites all over her neck back arms, etc... I let the front desk know when it happened, but we still payed the price for the medicine and dr visit. Never got a reply from them from the letter I sent to them with copies of the dr. visit, medicine, and pics

Great Stay

While I read the previous reviews for this hotel, I needed a reasonable rate for a weekly stay. That's exactly what I got and more. The gal named Annie was friendly and courteous and she said she was the new manager. She explained and answered all questions. The room was much more then I expected...clean, smelled good even for a smoking room. And comfortable. While the tv definitely needed to be upgraded from the 1990 version, it had microwave, refridge and coffee pot..not to mention ice cold a/c! It had a pool and while I did not swim, it looked blue and refreshing! Having a restaurant and a bar on property was definitely a perk! I will be staying there in the future should my business take me close to Seminole! Definitely worth the money! Thank you.

I guess I was hoping the other reviews were wrong

When we arrived the desk did have our reservation correct and the people were friendly and helpful other than that pretty disappointing. The fridge still had stuff in it from previous guests the shower constantly went from hot to cold just old and needs complete renovation
