Clean, comfy room. Front desk staff was very helpful. The only thing I would suggest is in the accessible room I had would be to put the tv remote on the desk, where a person in w a wheelchair would be able to reach.

Booked a two queen bed in June. Checked in online on the way. Arrived, they had no record of my online check in nor a room left with two beds. Had a king suite left with pull out. Person working has to call the manager in order to put us in the king at the king rate (which was cheaper then two queen). No contact from hotel prior that they needed a room change.
Got in the room. Pull out has no blankets. Go to desk for blankets they had one really poor condition blanket, no sheets, no pillows for it. Bathroom smelled like urine.
Hot tub closed with no notice. Completely drained empty so don’t come for that.

Need better customer service at check in

Stay average, but poor customer service. Person checking me in was very rude, did not smile, very short with instructions. Provided minimal information, I had to ask things like pool hours, location, breakfast location, etc. Unfortunate that the quality of customer service is so poor. It leaves a bad impression for the whole stay. The room is good looked clean, nice amount of pillows, smelled clean when walking in.

Good clean hotel. Need a basic place to stay for a couple of nights. Only complaint was lack of lighting in the sink area.

Terrible Guest Service

I have stayed here before, and had decent experiences for the price. But never again after this stay. The 2 ladies I dealt with at check in and check out are so rude to me. Very unprofessional and rude. The hot tub was broken. Me and my wife found the stay to be very hindered by the customer service. I work in the service industry, and I have travelled all over the country having status with Marriott and Hilton. This is a great way to turn guests away. I will not be back and will tell others the same. Stay at the new Springhill Marriott hotel next door
