Staff very helpful. Hotel is starting to show its age but this is certainly reflected in what I paid for the twin room for the night. Would recommend the hotel, don't expect the Ritz but I felt I got more than I paid for. Left with 2 breakfast in brown bags included in the price.

Room was clean but sofa bed was torn and looked dirty. Night staff very rude and threatening. Training definitely needed. Still waiting for owner to get in touch in response to complaint after several weeks . Clearly not interested.in customer service or the overall experience. Better options available for price.

Staff helpful. Facilities were clean. Strange klaxxon and PA sounds from the fire station across the park at the rear. These were less frequent at night, but didn't completely stop. Room had some minor maintenance faults. Listed as having air-con, but none fitted.
Considering the price charged, I was happy with the room.

The hotel was fine in general.. but there is NO FREE PARKING.
Parking is GBP 10 per night.
There is a free breakfast, which consists of an apple, a juice box, and a croissant.
That's it. No slice of cheese or ham, just a plain croissant.
No tea, no coffee.
Apart from that the rooms are quite nice, if not a bit noisy.
All in all, it's an ok stay... but the parking means there may better options for same price.
