The hotel is really affordable and offers great value for money. The staff were very kind, friendly, and genuinely caring throughout my stay. They even provided free snacks, drinking water, and other little treats, which was such a thoughtful touch. ❤️ I really appreciated their warm hospitality and excellent service. I had a very comfortable and pleasant stay, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an affordable hotel with amazing and friendly service! ❤️

From the first step into the hotel lobby I was flashed. There was so much love to the detail and such friendly and helpful staff member.
I enjoyed the amenities with the good coffee and the little snackbar where you could enjoy diffent fruits nicely cut, cookies and muffins, croissants, toast and brownie. After 3pm you could help yourself with a cup noodle.
Water was always available in fridges in the lobby and on each floor.
The room was also with nice amenities and the bed was really comfortable,
The hotel is situated at the Moat Norteast corner and close by are restaurants, cafès and a supermarket and one of the food nightmarkets.

Given the choice, I would stay there again.

Chiang Mai was our second stop in Thailand after Bangkok. We booked Sanae the night before our stay and I couldn't be happier with our choice.
Both checkin and checkout were simple and fast. The staff was always friendly and polite. They offer breakfast bites and coffee. We unfortunately didn't have time to try it but it looked appetizing.
My friend and I each got our own room which was a good idea considering that we traveled with luggage and the rooms weren't too big. There were water bottles provided in the room - definitely a plus in Thailand. The shower worked great and the bed was comfortable. My room had a little balcony and even though it was by the road, there was no loud noise at night.
Bear in mind that this hotel is a bit further out from some of the more popular restaurants and markets, but it's not isolated. It's within walking distance to a lot of temples, cafes and laundromats.
Given the choice, I would stay there again.

Great value! Charming hotel. Warm staff. Especially enjoyed time in the lobby and the excellent coffee that was inclusive.

Great if you love traffic noise

We had a 7 night stay. It’s an attractive hotel but unfortunately on a junction and sooo noisy! Did not sleep a wink as the traffic noise is unbearable. Some of the staff are also incredibly rude.
