Urs Und Viktor

I'm sure most will know that Switzerland is not cheap. I paid 600 franks for 4 nights. The staff were friendly, the hotel was very clean and the food was good quality. I would recommend a stay

So far so good

I was able to visit Urs & Viktor for our general meeting. The friendly service, the beautifully designed ambience and the generous space coupled with a large parking lot are ideal for seminars or business events.
The food was plentiful and was even refilled. The only high-level comment I could make is that the pork fillet could have been a bit juicier. I found the interpretation of Café Olé a bit original, at least I had the impression that my coffee ice cream with Baileys and cream had simply melted into a lukewarm, sweet liquid. The prices are normal. I'll be happy to come back and look forward to the expected improvements.

Restful

Modern hotel, adequate parking, friendly staff. Room clean, modern and well maintained, nice and quiet. Very well lit, bed comfortable, a good nights sleep. Breakfast buffet above average with fresh orange juice machine.

Not nice people

I stayed here from Oct 17 for 3 months with my work compatriots.
Hotel owners were sour people and the meanest hoteliers I have ever come across.
Room towels changed 1 time per week, big deal if we asked them for a clean towel.
Treated like dirt while hotel took our companies money.
Meals were basically salt based, especially the soup. Almost always, 60 per cent of evening meals left uneaten because they were......inedible.
No smile EVER from hotel owner working mostly behind reception desk. Not even a look upwards as we came in after work. Just a heavy air of misery and discontent from him.
The Asian girl working on reception ot the other hand was always cheerful and ready to help.
The girls working in the restaurant, breakfast room and bar did their very best. We could see they were working very hard and working long hours.
I myself have been travelling with work for more than 6 years and living in hotels. Never before have I come across such a negative and unhelpful atmosphere in a hotel anywhere.
These people need to realise that their customers are their income and not their enemy.

Nice Hotel.

Stayed here 3 nights and the room are nice and big.
The breakfast is ok.
The staff is nice and helpful.
I didn't get my suitcase at the airport so I needed to go to a mall so I could buy some clothes, one of the owners wife was driving me there. That is service
