Place of exception

Welcoming, cozy place, incredible view. Service is tailor-made, we eat very well.
Groundhogs are the little plus of this hotel.

Practical

A very convenient Inn if you have to spend a night or two in Anzere. Small but well renovated rooms, quiet and good bedding. Company of small marmots, rabbits and a donkey in the garden. Friendly staff. We were disappointed with the restaurant.

Pleasant to unpleasant

Very pleasant hotel except for a person at reception and service who should be working very far from the customers... His rude, rigid and so unpleasant attitude ruined the experience for me. It is incredible not to give customer satisfaction as the primary objective of your staff, especially when it comes to a basic request: being able to work for 1 hour on a light table! And there are ways of speaking, a hotel is not a police hotel

Bonjour! Je suis navrée mais après avoir vérifier avec mon personnel, nous n'avons pas réussi à identifier le souci, ni la personne avec qui vous avez interagit. Ainsi, il est difficile pour nous de nous exprimer sur ce qui s'est passé. Nous espérons tout de même pouvoir vous accueillir à nouveau lors d'un prochain séjour.

Relaxed weekend in Anzère

We used the hotel (as we did in 2018) because we went to Crans-Montana for the Omega Masters golf tournament at the weekend. The drive to Crans takes about 20 minutes.
The facilities are functional and good. A bit old, but still OK.
Quiet at night.
Breakfast is OK; not very big, but everything is there.
We had dinner twice.
On the first evening a very good pizza, which was brought by a fussy waitress.
On the second evening something else from the menu. It was OK and in this case the service was much less good...
All in all the stay was OK.

Horrible, horrible experience

Make sure you read their reviews!! Do NOT come here! Worst place ever and miserable desk service. Thank you for ruining our week after taking our money and providing zero service. Have never had such a bad experience in Switzerland. Will not return.

We have the impression that you have the wrong establishment. Indeed, we did not welcome anyone resembling your profile during the month of April. Furthermore, your comment is not very precise. If you are really talking about the Hotel/restaurant de la Poste in Anzère, could you be a little more constructive and precise in what you reproach about your stay with us. The purpose of leaving a comment is to allow the establishment to improve which is not at all possible with the kind of comment you have left.
