Top place!

Great place, hotel-like sanitary facilities. Large range of leisure activities with direct access to the lake. Very very very clean. Top layout of the pitches.

Family campsite on beach

A lovely family site within the trees but by the beach. All entertainment has been thought about for children, bar and small restaurant

Very nice place

Finding a cabin where both dog, husband and daughter can join is not always so easy. Especially when the dog is big and the husband is in a wheelchair. In very many places there are dog cabins / dog rooms and there are handicap accessible ditto, but apparently do not have wheelchair dogs...??? But at Bomstadbade everyone gets to participate and the cottage we rented, Tallen1 may not have been so big but we got room and if the weather had been a little more summery it would have been even better. Because of the rain and wind we were sure of a lot of "inside time" but it didn't matter so much. Everything we needed was there, but the stove has definitely seen its best days and the TV was not so fun to watch, but we plugged in a computer instead and watched through it. Would have liked to have redecorated and had it so that you could cuddle up on the couch and watch TVN all and not have to sit at the kitchen table. The area is really nice and many dogs that our big puppy could visit. The dog bath was really nice and our Rufus loved to run there. We had also managed to book in when there was a little rocconcert with Rydell and Quick which was just nice. The camping shop had most things you might need a little emergency. We will definitely come back, have booked the autumn break

Best campsite!

Bomstad is so well organized, clean and fresh. They have a great staff. At reception you can buy a little of everything. All the time, staff are moving around the campsite. It is quiet in the evenings it provides a safety for us campers. They do a lot for the kids and the beach is super nice.

Avoid the restaurant

Great camping but the restaurant was under all criticism, apparently new owners but really bad food unfortunately so a tip is to bring your own food……………………………….
