Nice palace to take a nice picture

Lovely charming building and staff especially Stunning gem. All this was the worst night of our lives. The very high steps and without any safety to climb... it will be a matter of time before someone suffers a major accident. The scariest, poorest beds the cheapest you can buy. Old sofa bed lying on the floor from the worst... a little girl couldn't stand the night. A hotel where the worst is the bed... without words... is like a bakery selling industrial buns... rich breakfast... fresh sponge cake fruit and toast option... dinner on the contrary nefarious a honeyed rice that is a dry paste... such a hard secret reheated and a beef in inedible red wine without horrifying flavor. The wine the best goodiesimooo and the desserts very rich... if not for Gema this hotel would be insufferable a shame because it has everything to be a 4plus stars... the old bathrooms, two towels for three and two shampoos no body soap. Old, insecure shower. Horrifying smell of a cat as if it had been pissed on the pillow. I would tell the manager to visit the royal palace in villamayor, spend a night and know the changes you will have to make to bring this hotel to the quality it deserves because it is really beautiful. Parking doesn't exist as fiancé parks outside.

Nice surprise at a reasonable price

Surprise stop, on a whim, very nice discovery, daily menu varied enough to please everyone, dishes of very good quality, price ALL inclusive of bread, drinks and coffee, very pleasantly surprised me
I recommend, for us it was a real bubble of tranquility, a charming stopover

Fabulous!

Such a beautiful place! The room was very nice and also the staff was incredibly nice and kind. We really had a wonderful time and we hope to come back soon. You can also park just in front of the hotel.

Rusted bathtub.

The room was filthy and with cheap bedclothes. But the worst of all was the bathroom: the door did not close (you could put your finger in-between), the bathtub was rusted(!!!!!!), The trash can did not have his cover any more (seriously, what does it cost to change this?).... I think the pictures speak for themselves, this is not a three star hotel but a cheap motel. The only positive thing was the environment which was nice.
