Everything we were looking for!

Excellent, warm welcome. Very good advice on the area to visit, hikes, local products. The hotel is cozy, very clean rooms. Possibility of dining on site. We wish a great continuation to this young couple who have taken over this rural hotel, well done and thank you!

A HORRIBLE FOOD

On Sunday 12/17/2023 we decided to spend the day in the mountains and eat in Sotoserrano. GREAT ERROR.
Fried potatoes with stale bacon, inedible
We ordered cuchifrito goat and they gave us burnt toston.
Scrambled with boletus, without boletus, another deception, they had mushrooms but it was not what was advertised in the menu.
Stale meat with that characteristic smell of having been around for a long time.
The orange for dessert was pocha and there was nothing else
Ultimately a disaster.
The waitress to whom I mentioned all this, only knew how to say... I'm sorry, I'm sorry

If you go to Sotoserrano go there

Small and cozy in the purest mountain style. Good cuisine (try the meat cooked in clay). The owners pure kindness. If you go to Sotoserrano go there. The setting, the mountains of France, incomparable. Room at a great price. Food at a reasonable price.

Good option to explore the area

A charming hotel, well located, to be able to visit the area, without the crowds of other towns and with the good management and better welcome provided by Sandra and Rafa. We go because of the reviews and they do not disappoint.
Quality/price ratio, more than reasonable, both the hotel and the meals, with quality products.
It's nice that there are people who are so involved in customer service. Thanks, keep it up!!

Charming little hotel, good location

Little hotel with a lot of cozy charm and a very good location. Rafa and Sandra are true professionals, kind, detail-oriented and very helpful. Always making sure that you don't miss anything and that your stay is very pleasant. The breakfasts are very good and filling and the lunch/dinner excellent, I recommend the flamenquines and the octopus with puree.
A very pleasant stay and highly recommended.
