Good hotel, clean.
A hotel that was once a Pension, or so I think. The rooms are very clean, but small. The shower water came out so thin that it did a little damage to the skin (at any speed and with no option to change jet mode) and the pillows hard and tall, it would be advisable to ask if they have lower and fluffier pillows.

Very nice place
We stayed here for a couple of nights during our road trip around Spain.
The prices are very reasonable, and whilst the room we stayed in was fairly basic, it was clean, and the air conditioning was in working order.
There are a few restaurants and bars very close by, and the sea is no more than 200 meters away.
I wouldn't hesitate to return here.

Just passing through
We resorted to staying at this hotel when we couldn't find anywhere else near the beach that didn't look completely dodgy.
It was cheap and our room was very basic - nothing flash. The major draw was that the beach was only a few minutes walk away.
Staff spoke little English, but we managed to struggle through. A simple breakfast at the cafe out the back was included.
This was a just a quick stopover for us to rest up. But unfortunately, we didn't sleep well that night because the restaurants behind us seemed to be having some sort of party. It went all night and there was no way to block out the noise because our balcony was right above it all.
Not a particularly memorable visit either way. We were just passing through this time, so it's not likely we'll be coming back.

A very nice hotel!
The hotel was very nice located in the heart of the paradise-like Calabardina – just a 5-minute walk from the beach. The staff was helpful (no English though). The room was clean and tidy, equipped with perfectly working AC. We’ve also tried the food at the hotel restaurant (our favourite dish: calamares) and it was very tasty. So, we definitely recommend El Paraiso!

Beatuiful hotel - highly recommend !!!
We had a wonderful stay in El Pariso last summer. We ended up at this hotel after our original accomodation let us down. We walked in off the street and they gave us a room.
It is a beautiful hotel set up in the hills but still only a 10/15 minute walk down the hill to local shops, restaurants and bars.
The hotel was very clean and very quiet. There are beautiful views from the pool and on a good day you can see Gibralter.
The thing that suprised me most about this hotel was there was no rush for sunbeds in the morning. Everyone at breakfast at about 9:30 and there was not really anyone round the pool before 10am. And there was no towels reserving beds - there was no need as there were plenty of beds.
We were only staying B&B so I can't comment on the main food but the breakfast was lovely. Lots of choice hot and cold every morning.
I got the feeling that the hotel was quite popular with golfers which is why the pool was so quiet (most days there were less than 10 people in the pool at a time).
If you are looking for a quiet relaxing break near the lively Peurto Banus - this is the ideal hotel.
