Exceptional

Everything about the hotel was excellent — the location, services, and food were all amazing. My room attendant, Dinesh, was very polite and helpful, always making sure I had everything I needed in the room. Special thanks as well to the receptionist, Mohanad, for his warm welcome, kindness, great arrangements, and helpful advice about the room.
The only thing I’d love to see improved is the TV. There weren’t many good channels and no option to connect my phone, so I didn’t watch TV during my week-long stay.
Overall, I had a wonderful experience and truly appreciated the warm hospitality. Highly recommended!

Hotel is OK but staff leave a lot to be desired.
I made a simple request to make a change to my booking. The front desk manager said it “shouldn’t be a problem” however his colleagues, notably Marah in reservations seemed to go out of their way to make it a problem.
In consequence, I switched to another hotel and shall never return.

Not an experience I will repeat.

The property itself is OK, although the surrounding is somewhat ramshackle, a lot of half empty lots seemingly awaiting development.
However, I was very disappointed by the staff, particularly the front desk and reservations who offered easy smiles when nothing else was required, but weee then either unable or unwilling to help out when need arose (promising to help, but not actually doing anything).
