One night and last night

The only good point I have found was the location.
However, reception was hard to find. Not well welcomed by the staff. Room was overwarmed. Poorly furnished, even the tv controller was not working. No tissues in bathroom. Room was communicating with another one with a poor quality door. As a result, we have been sleeping almost with our neighbor who was heavily snoring. We could have been all in the same room, will be the same results.
Breakfast is also far below 2 stars hotel.
We had luck there were no parties in the club during the night. You still take breakfast in and it is terribly decorated.
Well, the pictures looked good enough on booking.com. but never again.

Utter disgusting

Impossible to find hotel reception was non existent room standard very poor
Poor customer service, night club was rough and tacky
No great views from Windows
We left stright away and found other accomdation, parking area was filled with holes leftover by the Luftwaffe.

Злачное место.

Остановились с данном отеле вынужденно,так как в Польше попали в аварию и это был один из немногих отелей,где были места, плюс очень удобное расположение было для нас. Забронировала я его на booking.com за 2 часа. Итог: Заехать мы не могли, в отеле не было никого, хотя мы приехали не ночью и было заявлено ,что регистрация круглосуточная. На двери был указан телефон, но все старания наши поговорить не увенчались успехом: говорили по-польски, по -английски никто не говорил. Нашли доброго человека, который поговорил с администрацией. Мы просто поднялись в отель и зашли в номер,который не был закрыт. Видимо,оставили для нас.
Липкий ковролин, везде пыль,волосы, стойкий запах алкоголя. В номере не убирали , наверное,очень давно. Белье и полотенца также не поразили нас своей свежестью: плохо постираны. В номере было очень неприятно находиться.
Из плюсов: расположение.

Pusta kawiarnia, środek tygodnia - 45 minut czekania na drinka!!! Pani na barze sama do obsługi kawiarni i gości hotelowych...Drink White Russian smakował jak woda z lodem i dodatkiem mleka... Toaleta dwa piętra niżej... Nie polecam

Jedna noc

Hotel znajduje się w centrum Rybnika - kilka minut do rynku. Wejście pierwsze jest jest od strony rynku - jest to również wejście do klubu nocnego. Natomiast drugie wejście jest od tyłu budynku. Wejście nie jest zamykane i każdy może wejść do środka obiektu. Znajduje się tam również mały parking.Wejście to jest od strony śmietników. Brak jakichkolwiek informacji gdzie jest recepcja. Brak windy, mnóstwo schodów. Pokoje na kluczyk. Wykładzina w pokoju nie była czysta - mnóstwo prochów, włosów. Nieszczelne okna, wszystko było słychać co dzieje się na zewnątrz - siedziba Poczty Głównej. Jedyny plus to łóżka bardzo wygodne i pościel. Jeśli chodzi o łazienkę to popsuta muszla do ubikacji, nieszczelne drzwi. Hotel ma w cenie śniadanie. Niestety nie można nazwać tego śniadaniem. Zimne parówki pływające w wodzie, stara sucha jajecznica, kilka plasterków wędlin i serów. Jednym słowem nie polecam!
