RUN AWAY AND FAST!!!!!

I am extremely disappointed and very unhappy with my stay at this hotel, especially with the price paid.
The television in the room never worked and despite having reported it to the reception, absolutely nothing was done. The only answer given was: “Internet blackout”, which is totally unacceptable.
Internet speed is non-existent: it is impossible to connect properly, either with a PC, a phone or any other device.
The toilet bowl was broken, which is unacceptable in terms of hygiene. Regarding the shower, the water was either hot or icy, with no possibility of getting a warm temperature to wash comfortably.
Not to mention the noise and music in the middle of the night from other guests.
In view of all these malfunctions, the services are unworthy of the price charged. It is simply scandalous. I totally advise against staying there.

Charged me again for tax after it was already included in the price I paid online with Expedia. Unfriendly reception.

Good location close to station, room was clean and well equipped with nude outdoor area. However was very noisy during the day with construction next door and at night until at least midnight with loud noise from pool hall next door. Note taxes payable at check-in are MAD44 per person per night, not what was quoted by hotels.com (MAD13.2)

Very clean ,spotless, exellent good service and the most friendly staff.
I stayed over 2 weeks for the second time and I will always reserve in this hotel as long as they have rooms .
