Hotel with exemplary service

A very pleasant stay thanks to the friendly and professional staff, both reception and restaurant service. Especially highlight Abdellatif, an exceptional professional with a predisposition to make your stay as pleasant as possible that is worth highlighting.
Highly recommended. They serve an impressive continental breakfast.

Wonderful hotel for relaxation! Very, very nice staff!

Super hotel for relaxation, only about a 15-minute drive from the Medina of Marrakech. The continental breakfast is wonderful with everything the heart desires, from savory omelets to sweet crepes. Additionally, you can have breakfast right by the lake with a great view - there are 3 tables available for this, but anyone who is there for breakfast at 8:30 always gets such a spot :) The rooms are large, very nicely furnished, and offer a great view of the golf course and the lake in front of the houses from a balcony or terrace. The pool and the loungers/Bali beds are brand new, so you can relax very well here. Particularly noteworthy is the hotel staff, such as the gardener, the doorman, the secretary, and the restaurant staff, all of whom are super nice and accommodating! Our family was especially taken care of by Tarik and the manager Abdullah, who assisted us with all our concerns and were always in a great mood! Thank you very, very much!
The grounds are beautifully landscaped, and everything feels very calm and relaxed, which is very refreshing after a visit to the souks of the Medina.
If you do not want to eat in the restaurant in the evening, you can simply take an Uber for 7-10€ to the Medina, where there are several restaurants (e.g., Dabashi Chez Shariff - highly recommended). You would also need to drive to a supermarket; Palmaire is somewhat cut off from shops, so you should know that in advance :)

avoid at all costs a 5-star

nothing about it is probably officially a 5-star; the so-called continental breakfast is not at all a 5-star; certainly, there is a bit of everything, but very little quality.
only very good for the team, the two servers who prepare breakfast and then go to serve at the pool starting at 11 AM, and also Mustapha at the arrival reception.
reception at a school level, I think!! We had requested in writing two separate beds, and of course, they did not see the message even though it was validated elsewhere.
so the scandal was that they took a mattress placed on the floor. I asked them if they were serious, that I was appalled, and they apologized and changed us to a less nice, smaller room. They later realized that they could simply separate the large bed from the first room; incompetence and unprofessionalism.
multiple shortcomings that are impossible to list here: 1 large towel every other day, the bathroom paper towel dispenser is not stocked, and the showerhead is laughably outdated, dating back 20 years - the room is close to the road and very noisy, with very little green space due to construction work; yes, there is the lake, fortunately for the setting.
In fact, they probably do not have the 5 stars and hope to obtain them with the ongoing renovations. There is so much to say...
