Excellent Experience
I recently stayed at this hotel and had an excellent experience. The rooms were impeccably clean, the hot water was reliable, the staff were exceptionally friendly, and the breakfast was well-prepared and satisfying.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfortable and reliable accommodation in Meru.

The hotel does not have suites with twin beds or two double beds despite advertising on Expedia that they do.
They challenged my booking until I proved the offer online. They tried to fix the situation but the room not as big as expected

I’ve given 5 stars for everything and you still want more? Might take one off for being greedy ….
Only slight complaint is about the architects - who puts glass (even frosted) directly between the room and the toilet?
However, in the hotels favour - Swiss roll for breakfast!

Avoid at all costs.
This place is a club, at least on weekend. If you want to sleep, stay away at all costs.
We were woken up by people screaming in the parking (where the club is located, next to the entrance of the hotel) at around 11.30 PM, and from then, no more sleep. More screams, cars' alarms going off, cars honking, and of course blasting music. I complained twice to reception, asking to be moved to another room on the other side which eventually they offered (at 3.30 AM) only to find out that although I didn't hear much parking lot nonsense any longer, the music was now much loud so also no sleep.
Want to actually sleep? DO NOT come to this hotel. Not good for families either you could hear people screaming all night in the stairs, an absolute disgrace of a "hotel". Breakfast is also sad.

Run down hotel
The hotel is very basic. The room fittings are falling off, no enough towels in the bathroom, the heating water jug was faulty.
The breakfast was very poor and the dinning chairs we loose . No varieties of food at the breakfast. The hotel seems to be run down for when it was new it was one of good hotels in Meru
