An out-of-this-world experience
There are places you go to sleep, eat, rest... and then there are places that, when you leave them, you carry inside you.
We stayed for three nights at Hotel Villa Leri and what we experienced was much more than a simple vacation. It was an experience difficult to describe with words, because some emotions must be lived to truly understand them.
Entering the village, learning the history of Leo Amici and Carlo Tedeschi, breathing in the atmosphere of that place, and then attending the show in the wonderful theater was something that touched our souls deeply.
During the show, I found myself thinking several times that I wasn't simply watching a musical: I was listening to a message. A message of love, brotherhood, hope, and humanity that reaches the heart without the need for many words.
And perhaps this is truly the greatest gift this place left us: reminding us that, in a world that runs too fast and where we often forget about truly important values, there are still people capable of dedicating their lives to others.
A special thought goes to Carlo Tedeschi, for having taken up such a great legacy and having transformed it into something that still continues to speak to people today, especially to young people. What we saw does not just seem like a structure, a theater, or a village: it seems like a dream come true and preserved in time.
Villa Leri welcomed us, the village fascinated us, the theater moved us… but above all, this experience left something inside us.
We left for a vacation and returned home with something more.
Perhaps this is exactly the meaning of that “out of this world” feeling.
Thanks to all the people who make all this possible every day.
Thank you for the emotions, for the hospitality, and for reminding us that good, when done with the heart, can continue to live and reach other people.
There are trips that end when you return home.
This one, however, will continue to travel within us. ❤️

The kindness and helpfulness of the staff is truly unparalleled.
Room spotless and comfortable bed, a corner of paradise extremely cared for in every detail: the park, the lake, the Christmas house, the lighting...
Rating 10 at the spa and who cares about it.
Restaurant at the top.
If there was more than excellent I would vote like that.
