Wonderful week-long stay
What stood out the most was the warmth and hospitality of the staff. Everyone was courteous, helpful and always ready to assist, which made our extended stay even more comfortable.
Overall, we had a very pleasant and peaceful experience and would definitely recommend Sterling Darshan Guruvayur for a comfortable family stay.

Not Worthy!
Disappointing experience for a 4-star property
The location was convenient and the included breakfast was good. Unfortunately, the room experience was disappointing.
There were continuous power fluctuations through the night, which caused the AC to stop working. We understand that the electrical issue may have been beyond the staff’s control, and I genuinely empathise with the staff who were dealing with it.
However, after getting very little sleep, we returned from our temple visits around 9 AM hoping to rest for a couple of hours. The AC was still not working, and we were then asked whether we could check out early so that the hotel could work on the electricity issue.
This was particularly disappointing as we had been promised a 1 PM late checkout.
I don’t blame the staff for the technical problem, but I do feel the situation could have been handled with greater courtesy and consideration. At a 4-star property, I would have expected either an alternative room, some form of compensation, or at least a more considerate solution rather than asking guests to leave early.
This is not written out of anger, but out of genuine disappointment. I hope the management takes this feedback constructively and improves how such situations are handled.

I find this objectionable and would not recommend the property for any other customer in future. I hope you will take up the matter with the hotel. Also the food was not upto the standard. Regards Satish Chandran
