"Exceptional Anniversary Celebration with Outstanding Service"

I had an unforgettable anniversary celebration at Hotel Imperial Grand, thanks to the impeccable hospitality and delicious food. The staff went above and beyond to make our day special, with a special shoutout to Senior Captain Mr. Ravindra, who ensured everything was perfect. From the beautifully arranged dining experience to the exquisite menu, every detail was thoughtfully curated. Highly recommend Hotel Imperial Grand for any special occasion! Five stars!

Terrible experience

The room was dirty and the linen all crumbled
I asked for water which was not provided in the room
A fresh line soda took 1 hour to prepare and bring
Someone smoked in the corridor in the morning and the room filled up with smoke
We ordered morning tea which took another 45 mins
Breakfast was bad with very poor choices
Overall a terrible experience

Very clean and well maintained Restaurant, food pool side all hotel area items. Good food served. All staff experienced, attending customers with respect. High class service given during my stay.
