Friendly staff but uncomfortable and overpriced
Why Rumpsteak only offers as a 300g portion for 36,00 € and not also in a usual 200g variant will probably remain a secret of the operator.
The prices remained bearable only with the gourmet block (1 Essen for free). Most guests had this with them and I fear for the restaurant that this will remain a one-time visit in most cases.
We had 1 time salad Daniel, mixed salad with roast beef strips for 22,00 €, he came appetizingly arranged, but was rather average in taste. The pizza bread served with it was not fresh but just warmed up. My pork steak with tzaziki and fries was also appetizing, the meat quite tasteless despite visible seasoning.
The salt and pepper mill at the table were both empty, the next table had to be here. There was one empty, too.
The atmosphere itself is very uncomfortable as the place is illuminated brightly with a large collection of ceiling spotlights. Warm white LEDs or dimming to a lower brightness would really do the atmosphere a lot of good.
Unfortunately, another negative point: It's cash only.
I can only recommend to the operator: Say goodbye to the gourmet block next year and adjust your prices to a reasonable level, dim the lights down, activate the table lamps that obviously cannot be put into operation due to empty batteries and everything can get better :-)
