Hotel thief
A room that we returned in a condition as when it arrived (I even took care to make the beds, clear everything)
5 months later I have a debit from my account of -225€ from them. They acknowledge the error.
(Addition of a sudden surety for no reason).
I call them several times because every day on the phone the hostess (unpleasant) tells me that it is impossible to reach a manager immediately.
My spouse and I go back and forth there, I am made to wait each time “tomorrow the refund leaves” but I am constantly forced to restart.
3 weeks later I get a transfer to my account of 205€.
So there is still 20€ missing.
So I’m going back today.
Despite the patience and all the claims made respectfully, they still allow themselves to mock me.
Welcome agents/servers and manager are unpleasant, snide, and make you look impatient who unfairly label them thieves.
Outside the manager of this hotel, despite the mediocre service he offers, is dishonest and yes I say thief!
I wouldn’t fail to make it known all around me, and as many opportunities as I can.
I find myself forced to waste my time to initiate a complaint procedure with the competent authorities for theft.

Place to be outlawed!
Low-end breakfast of super market hard discounter given the day before in a bag and no hot drink. Continuous passages in the corridors at night.
Hot meal served cold in the room and not worth the asking price. A huge disappointment especially since the hotel next door is much better and cheaper.
Not to mention a suitcase searched with theft of a valuable perfume...
And the phone number's gone.
