To advice
Completely renovated hotel which has just reopened. I visited the rooms for interested friends. It’s sober and chic. Very nice hotel, very classy.
The restaurant where we had lunch is welcoming. Top and pleasant service. Very tasty cuisine

Exceptional service
I visited Hotel du Parc with my family during an emergency evacuation from my original accommodation. They kindly agreed to hold a room for us over the phone even though rooms were in demand due to the nearby wildfires.
The 18th century hotel has retained a lot of character. On the face of it, the hotel is basic but very clean. Our quad room was equipped with two comfortable double beds, air conditioning, en suite with shower, sink, toilet and hair dryer, a small TV and a lovely large window. The room, including the en suite, was immaculately clean.
What made our stay enjoyable, despite the unfortunate circumstances, was the service. The hotel is family run and each member of staff took the time to chat with us and make us feel welcome. They paid an interest in our children, asking about their toys and even going so far as to buy them each a chocolate bar from the vending machine, which helped to cheer them up!
The continental breakfast, which cost 8 Euros per person, was enjoyable, with a good range of breads, pastries, conserves, as well as cereals, yoghurts and fruit juice. We were asked several times if we would like more tea or coffee by the attentive son of the owner. The large breakfast room was a pleasant setting in which to enjoy our ample petit-dejeuner, particularly as we wrt seated with a lovely view of the quaint courtyard.
The hotel is situated only a few minutes' walk from a range of amenities, including the tourist office, shops, restaurants, fountains, parks and cafés. We were able to spend an enjoyable day as a family (age range 6-61 years, including those hard to please teenagers!) within a 30 minute walk from the hotel. There are several historical sights in Hyeres, particularly medieval sites, also within walking distance of the hotel.
In summary, this hotel is not a luxurious modern affair, but if you are looking for a traditional French hotel which offers basic facilities, a wide range of local amenities and absolutely impeccable service, I would highly recommend Hotel du Parc. For the price, I would certainly return during any future evacuations!

During the recent fires in La Faviere our family, including young children were evacuated & had to find a place to stay at very short notice. We were given the number for Hotel Du Parc & Laurent & his family, who own & run the hotel, became the saviours of our sanity! We booked a family room & double; both were simple but spotlessly clean, comfortable, had air con & a hot shower which, after being held on the beach for 14 hours watching the area burn helped us all feel more human. This was followed by a lovely fresh breakfast. Laurent speaks excellent English so couldn't have been more helpful, however the whole family were lovely with us all. They even offered to keep rooms available for us for the following night without a holding charge until we were able to find out if it was safe to return to our campsite. We can't thank them enough for their kindness shown & would recommend highly for that personal touch.

I stay 4 nights and I was impressed about the professionalism of the employees
All be amazing ... Really ... room clean ... the professionalism of the employees , their hospitality , is a Hotel when I want to return every time when visit Hyères ... Hotel is in center of Hyères , you can go where you want ...

Clean and okay but not outstanding
Firstly the staff here were lovely, very helpful. We found the rooms quite clean but other than that the hotel is quite average. Average comfort in the beds, average views (it's in a street with no view) ... it's an average hotel which would cater well for retirees or those travelling on a budget but it was less than we had hoped for. for 55 Euro a night though we weren't expecting much more. We were at this hotel for its proximity to the old town so perhaps it's a compromise between great accommodation and great location.
