Clean modern room with onsite parking (paid). A little out of the city centre (25 minute walk) but the tram stop is outside the hotel.
Satisfactory breakfast.

a good accommodation solution in Clermont-Ferrand

A hotel whose modernization is (almost) complete (remained an elevator and underground parking in works, but accessible) and really successful. The rooms are impeccable large, clean, with all comforts, really nothing to say. Excellent soundproofing, very good bedding. Dedicated and efficient team (thanks to Fabrice for his availability). Weak spot for the pdj with products and a choice really a tone below, hence the 4/5. Close to ASM Stadium, so if you want to be quiet, check the fixture schedules.

The male receptionist was extremely rude and unhelpful. Almost threw my phone back at me after fixing a problem that he had caused. Then told us there were restaurants 200 metres away. One was spud-u-like (or similar) the other was in the rugby stadium. Internet connection didn’t work as intended nor did lift security. Breakfast was very limited - if things ran out they didn’t replace them, and the server started clearing things away half an hour before finishing time. We had stayed at campanile in Le Mans the night before - great experience there, very different to what we experienced in Clermont.
