HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT
I regularly come to this place for lunch and dinner and I will not come again.
Three times I was more than disappointed.
Two evenings normally hot starters containing canned mushrooms were served cold, coming out of the fridges. Tiny amount.
The overcooked, reheated archi fish dish was accompanied by a PICARD style pan-fried, no flavor, no interest, I do better at home.
Poultry Supreme served for two of us with completely different quantities of vegetables.
One plate well stocked, the other almost empty and it attracts no one’s attention, neither in the kitchen nor in the service.
Very poor overall quality.
À la carte prices are insane.
Serves profiteroles with rancid cabbages.
The quality of the restaurant has deteriorated considerably. This is not a restaurant it is a bad canteen and overpriced.
Apart from the hotel guests, who are of quality, the rooms are very good, the restaurant is no longer good at all.
Clermontois is small, word of mouth works your reputation was good at first, it has deteriorated considerably.
The lunchtime formula still passes but à la carte is really bad.
This place deserves a real cuisine, very regrettable what it has become in a short time.
