A Great Holiday and Five-Star Service at Rixos Radamis Beach
Since we were there for our honeymoon, the hotel kindly upgraded our room free of charge, which was a lovely gesture and made us very happy. On our last evening, we had dinner at the ala carte Mangal restaurant, where they surprised us with a special honeymoon cake. It was such a thoughtful touch and made our last night even more memorable.
A very special thank you goes to Abdelhakem, the head waiter at the restaurant. He personally took care of us throughout our holiday and was always warm, friendly, helpful, and smiling. He had a star on his uniform, so we started calling him “Star Boy” between ourselves. :) And honestly, he really deserves that star — for us, he is definitely a five-star member of the team! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Abdelhakem’s kindness and personal attention made our holiday even more special. A big thank you to him and the entire Rixos Radamis Beach team for making our honeymoon such a memorable experience. We left with lots of great memories and would be very happy to come back again.
