Clean and comfortable in a convenient location. Only two complaints, first somebody left a note (in Chinese) saying that they had washed my socks and they were damp and hanging up when I returned. I am sure they meant well, but I found this creepy and violating. I wasn't aware that it was necessary to specify that hotel staff should please not touch my clothes while I am away from the room. Complaint two is very minor, from the reviews I read I had the impression that the breakfast provided at the hotel was exceptional. It wasn't awful, but the paper cups, limited options and bread situation (it was yellow!?) were disappointing

Clean, modern, and convenient located. Great breakfast. Excellent services offered by front desk staff. They helped to ship a package back to Beijing for us.

Reception were not well trained . Upon check in day one a deposit was collected and on the same day night they made a call to inform we did not pay the hotel charges and later explained it was reception lapsed that they did not collect upon check in even it states pay at property . 2) chambermaid was brazen to wash our socks without permission and after breakfast we were shocked to see our socks as wet. What if we only have a pair of socks for tourist stay ? 3) after check out multiple phone calls was made to our mobile and was told item teaspoon was missing in the room. And if they cannot find it they will raise a charge on our credit card ??? We called back 5 times to ask n follow-up and wasted 30
Mins of our morning to ask if item was found . We even informed it was on the basin area. Wrong procedure as in general all check out reception staff would contact chambermaid to ask if minibar and items were intact before letting the guest check out . The reception lady were having an aloft attitude and said we could go and we even have to ask for car parking coupon and were directed to fill in the form . This make us beg for service instead and please train your staff to check the items before check out and not making irritating calls and that spoil our rest of the day with 5 international calls made to assist them for a teaspoon costs of CNY20!!! Disgusting service . Please train your staff !!!

First of all, we are extremely grateful that you have chosen our hotel and provided us with your valuable comments. We sincerely apologize for the unpleasant experiences you had during your stay.
Regarding the issues with the front desk service, we will immediately conduct more professional training for the front desk staff to enhance their professional abilities and service levels, ensuring that similar situations will not occur again. For the mistake in collecting the deposit, we will seriously reflect on it and improve our work procedures to avoid causing inconvenience to our guests.
In response to the situation where the chambermaid washed the guests' socks without permission, we will give serious education to the relevant staff and once again emphasize to all staff the importance of respecting guests' privacy and belongings.
Concerning the problem of making phone calls to inquire about the missing teaspoon after check-out, we will strengthen the communication and cooperation among the staff to ensure that the items in the guest rooms are carefully checked before guests check out, avoiding unnecessary phone disturbances. We once again express our deep apologies for the troubles and the wasted time caused to you.
Thank you again for your feedback. We look forward to seeing our improvements when you stay with us next time.

The location of the Boli Yabu Hotel is very convenient. There are a lot of shops around.
Upon arrival we had a very warm welcome from the receptionist Xiao Yang. She helped us with the check-in and showed us the room. We also got a free upgrade to room with a nice view.
The room was very clean and comfortable. We got a free welcome snack and some fruits.
We would definitely recommend the hotel and book it again when returning to Xining.
