What a painful stay, avoid at all costs unless you want to end up paying double when checking out and they argue about returning the bond with several guests. The hotel is filled with cigarette smoke in lobby, corridor and rooms. The staff were most painful to deal with.....

Terrible staff, did not return the bond based on an expense made by someone else within the group I.e. Billing the wrong people even though books were not paid as a group and they were individually booked. Terrible at communicating, old KTV, mediocre massage place and no gym. Other options better at the same price.

Unhelpful staff just looking to charge guests more money than already paid when booking online. The day staff don't know what the night staff have done on their internal system and each one just looks at charging more.

As a group booking, they didn't return any bond for a couple of the rooms with mention that the dry cleaning expense was exactly the same as the bond for a few rooms, really? Then they had people in the wrong rooms so rather than extending the stay for one room and reducing the same period for another room - they made one person check out with no refund, the other person pay for an extra room and new deposit and charged at a higher room rate.

Terrible hotel staff - their check in and check out services are constantly looking for reasons to charge more despite providing incorrect rooms.
