Great property with really polite staff. Great location. Only one suggestion for the management - there was not a single microwave on premises. Having one would definitely help just in case a guest need to warm up food, etc.

I have never stayed at a Delta hotel before. The staff were pleasant upon arrival and leaving. Room was clean and spacious. I spent Friday to Monday morning at this hotel. I was quite surprised when I returned Saturday night to find out the room was not serviced (bed made, clean towels, black out blinds still closed). Upon approaching the front desk about this I was advised that the hotel only services rooms every other day. I was offered some clean towels as compensation for this. This cost over $600 to stay 2 nights. It doesn’t even include a buffet breakfast. I’ve never stayed at hotels before where the room service is every other day.. Also I had to ask for a new tv remote as the one in my room was not working (are these not checked to make sure they work). Plus there were no towels available at the pool when I went there in the afternoon. Very disappointed with my stay.

Loved our stay. Such a clean property with truly the nicest staff. Highly recommend. The hot tub was fabulous.

Everything was clean and in good condition. No issues with the room. Parking was cheaper than I expected. The only thing that could have been better was the fitness room. It was too small to handle the small number of people in there wanting to lift some weights, and some of the equipment was usable but not easy to adjust.

From check in to check out, this hotel was superb! Easy and quick check in with friendly, kind, professional staff. Room was very spacious, modern, clean, including the bathroom. Beds were very comfortable. Parking was free and very convenient. Close to Wilfred Laurier University, perfect for the Kiwanis Provincial. Would highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again.
