This hotel is nice. The issue is the surrounding area is not great. You have to cross 2 roads to get to Otres beach which was busy when we were there. We enjoyed the beaches on the islands much better. There were a few restaurants nearby, the white restaurant is good but overall limited choices.

Staff were super friendly and provided bottled water whenever I needed. Bed was comfy and the hotel is nice and quiet. I loved my mornings doing yoga by the pool and having a lovely swim to start the day. And the breakfast was top notch!
Just two mins walk to the beach! Great place to land and chill at the start of my trip.

Beautiful hotel in a less beautiful background...

This hotel is definitely a beautiful and also warm welcome place. Our bedroom was pleasant and clean, furnished in a modern but elegant way, we enjoyed the view on the pool and the sea (sideways). The staff was such kind and helpful, we really appreciated it !
But...(cos' unfortunately there is a but !) Otres Beach is not interesting, of course the beach is beautiful but like many others in the world (even it's quite a pity there is a lot of waste on some areas :-(( And the background is awful ! Such a beautiful place changed in something which is ugly ! There is a lot of unfinished buildings everywhere along the beach (especially on the parallel street, the same than Otres Beach Hotel one) and high ones, which damages this place and the view, there are many wastelands as well. Disappointing !

Beautiful hotel on Otres away from the city bustle

The hotel is new, very clean and cozy. The staff is above all praise, sympathetic and friendly. Breakfast is full. Couple of lunches at the hotel restaurant - they cook really good! The beach is across the street from the hotel. Very comfortable and spacious lobby area. But the pool area didn't like it very much, although it's not really needed when the beach is close. The rooms are perfectly equipped, and the cleaning is uncontroversial. It's a great location. Nearby there are cafes and shops, to the city if necessary 10 minutes by tuk-tuk ($3-5). Wi-Fi is fast and steady. Definitely recommend .
