Cosy and comfortable
Cosy hotel with beautiful views around on the countryside. Good food in the restaurant and the breakfast was ok. It was a buffet on days when the hotel was busy and a breakfast plate when it was less busy. We stayed there for a week while visiting family nearby. The restaurant staff was very friendly and spoke English. The English skills of the receptionists were at bit scarce. Good sleeping quality
and clean bathroom. The only minus was that the rooms and the toilet are very dark. In addition, do not expect the pool to the open on time if they do not regard the weather as good enough.

Loud music until 2am
I stayed for one night. The hotel is nice, but nobody told me that in the same night there will be an event and there is going to be an extremely loud music until 2am. Me and a couple of guests with children went there to rest and we were not warned about this event. Unprofessional attitude!!!

Pleasant hotel, pool, delicious food
The hotel is very nice, already showing some wear and tear, but nothing too bad. Reception needs some training in social politeness but otherwise are helpful, when asked.
The hotel manager is helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about the town.
The pool is quite nice, you can even take a swim in the night under the eerie neon lights around. The pool area tends to be noisy during the day with children who play energetically around.
Very pleasant grassy alleys. Own, free parking.
WiFi is not always good, although coverage is everywhere.
Food is delicious, a la carte and by request, too. The wine list is also quite good.
The distance to town centre is 1,8 km, sidewalk is conveniently passing by shops, a beautiful fortress and a couple of parks.

Place to rest
Had a 12 says holiday in Peshtera city, the hotel is just in beginning of the city. It a bit far from the city centre , have a good and clean swimming pool.room were clean. Food in the restaurant was soo delicious. We really enjoyed our holiday. Its really good place to have break from busy London

Beautiful hotel with excellent restaurant and staff
A group of three of us had initially intended to stay here just one night on a whistle-stop tour of some of the highlights of Bulgaria, but we had to stay a second night. Despite the problems (which were in no way anything to do with the hotel) we were not disappointed at having to spend more time here.
We found this hotel almost at the last minute, needing somewhere to stay the night after seeing the Thracian treasure in Panagyurishte. (If you get the chance to see this, then go - it's extraordinary).
We took two rooms, both of which were quite spacious and very clean, with effective (although a little noisy) aircon. The rooms contained everything you would expect of a four-star establishment, with a large comfortable bed, flat-screen TV, minibar and a well-equipped bathroom. The double room had a small balcony, which unfortunately had no chairs.
The real highlights of this hotel are the restaurant and swimming pool. The pool looks beautifully clean, and is large enough to do some proper swimming if you're feeling energetic or in need of burning off some of the calories which you will inevitably pile on in the restaurant.
The restaurant has a wide selection of Bulgarian and other food, and at surprisingly reasonable prices for a hotel restaurant. And it's certainly not all meat-based; I'm no vegetarian but I had some meat-free meals and I was really pleasantly surprised by how tasty they were. The only weakness as far as the hotel's food offering is concerned is the breakfast; you have to choose from 3 choices the day before, and I found none of them either particularly healthy or appealing.
Parking at the front of the hotel is a little limited, but this didn't cause us a problem, mainly, I think, because we were there during the week. At weekends, I can imagine this hotel being very popular.
There is free WiFi throughout the hotel, which was fast and reliable.
Now one member of our group had a serious back pain problem and became almost immobile while we were staying here. This eventually caused us to have to find some medical treatment in the town and to cancel our plans, and stay here a second night. The young lady, Dima, on reception, could not have been more helpful. She asked around her colleagues and found out where we needed to go to see the right medical specialist; she arranged for our rooms to be held for us in case we needed to stay an unplanned and unbooked second night; and looked after our luggage in the meantime, which was all packed and ready to leave; and she did all this without a word of complaint and remaining friendly at all times.
All of us were very happy with this hotel and we would definitely stay here again if we're in the area.
