Suite not wowwww
Very nice establishment, we were very well received, the person at the reception is very smiling and friendly, but when we arrived the suite we had rented was not available, we left our bags at the reception and around 4 PM we were called to say that the room was free, upon arriving at the reception we were surprised to see that our bags had not been placed in our room as usual when the room is not available, whereas during several previous stays they did that.
The suite is beautiful but apart from the size of the room and the hot tub, there is nothing exceptional worth the price asked.
The jacuzzi is just a disappointing hot tub, very few bubbles and weak power, it’s more of a large bathtub than a jacuzzi, no foam possible which is the pleasure of a jacuzzi, so a big disappointment.
Exceptional sea view
Terrace separated by a simple rope, privacy not preserved and it is not possible to enjoy the terrace which is devoid of furniture (no small table, no chairs, no loungers, nothing at all, a beautiful large empty terrace).
The shower products and others are top-notch.
The bedding is perfect.
A fantastic Bluetooth device provided and a fruit platter
Low-quality toilet paper, very rough
Beautiful shower, 2 sinks, and a separate toilet, top-notch,
The hotel's black beast is that the 2 elevators are very slow and heavily used, and the hallways are not air-conditioned, it gets very hot
Strong point, the breakfast is a real pleasure, very well organized and of very good quality, small downside is that they come to take your empty plates away too quickly, which gives the impression that you need to hurry to make room for other people
The parking is very convenient

No 4* experience had.
Far too expensive, 310€ for 1 night. No slippers or dressing gown. Pay for everything. The bathroom lacked a place to put your stuff, box with earplugs and cotton pads was empty, the handkerchief box was broken and there were some loose tissues in it. The teras v.d. C bar was in the vicinity of trash cans allowing masses of fruit flies. There were also weeds. Not feeling safe in the lobby. Anyone can get in. Nothing to do in the city, farm hole without a cafe. The Silt restaurant is a brasserie with no dress code, long waiting times and substandard quality. All the staff seemed to me to be from abroad but they did their best. The basement smelled bad.
The beds were of super quality.
In case of a problem in the room there was immediate help.
Good bed and super breakfast but men's toilet was dirty and no toilet paper.
Next time I'll find another 3* hotel worthy of a 4*.

Beautiful
The infrastructure of this hotel is original and modern. It is very clean and from the entrance there is a perfume spread throughout the hotel.
We booked a beautiful room with breakfast included facing the sea, an ideal view to spend a good relaxing stay. Small downside: the terraces are separated by a simple rope so other visitors can have access to the other terraces.
Booking is not only via the website but also via email. Convenient when you do not have a credit card.
There is a paid car park ( € 20 ) which gives direct access to the hotel.
You have access to your floor via a badge that also gives you access to your room.
Regarding the evening meal, we booked at Zijno, a buffet restaurant that is part of the casino that is right next door.
The staff is friendly, smiling, friendly and polite. Unfortunately, the buffet was not a terrible choice. Lots of fish and some kind of meat. Vegetable level, they were very limited.
For lunch we had more choices with a very nice sea view.

Good! But expensive, with some reservations
+ room with view to Ostend was top !

Extraordinary view
Excellent hotel, amazing view, excellent breakfast. Request a room with a view on the upper floors. It's really worth it...
