24 hour reception and 24 hour airport shuttle make this a very attractive option for late night travellers. Staff were very helpful. Recommended.

For the money charged the room was very average. Staff were helpful but the units are needing a makeover and upgrade drastically.

Poorly maintained property. Broken screen door. Flooring dirty, Musty smell in room. Boarded up cupboards. Bed appeared clean. Basic shower. Old expansive motel area to navigate in the outer suburbs. Rooms don't add up to the photos on booking site. Overpriced. Uneven surfaces and potholed stoney areas for walking, driveway uneven no pathways to access room. Pooling water in holes to navigate when raining and at room entrance. Staff okay. Basic hotel. Shuttle to airport helpful. Wont return.

We stayed two nights at this hotel, mainly because of its proximity to the airport. It was a basic no-frills place; not as posh looking as the website implied. Everything worked very well. The shower was good, bed was comfortable, TV worked fine and the mini-kitchen was well-appointed. The staff were helpful. It was super convenient to the airport and to the train into the city. No real complaints. It’s quite spread out, and finding our rooms at 1 am was a bit challenging. I’d definitely stay here again.

Overall the stay was good, except for the staff / driver who dropped me to Airport at 7am on 31 August 2026. The Asian/Chinese origin driver misbehaved badly and he dropped me at Terminal 2 instead of Terminal 1 even after the request. He insisted me to take a taxi next time and kept reminding me that it is a free service and it is up to the driver to drop the passenger as they like. The other passengers in the van witnessed the misbehaviour by this driver. I will not be staying in the hotel as my main purpose of stay is to get to the airport hassle free and my first experience is bad. I will be travelling frequently and would like to hear from the hotel staff and owe me a personal apology. I will be giving this feedback to my colleagues who are also looking for a hotel near to the airport. Thank you
