Amazing Service!
Some of the nicest people in the world work there. Very functional hotel, and great breakfast in the morning. The front desk people are incredibly helpful and always open to a conversation about anything!

Bad experience in San Marco
Everything was fine until we got to the breakfast table and found a lack of food. 50,000 pesos for a twin room and they tell us that there are no croissants!! The cold coffee, the washed juice. It's horrible that they tell us "that's what it is" they're over. The lack of food is normalized! Awful

Estimada, le pedimos sinceramente disculpas. Ha sido un dia en que calculamos mal con algunos componentes del desayuno. Nos da mucha pena cuando tenemos que tirar mercadería, por eso, nuestro personal trata de encargar la cantidad justa, pero, a veces, nos equivocamos.
Sólo le pedimos que nos visite nuevamente, y verá que ese día fue algo desusado y no es la norma.
Por lo general los huespedes disfrutan nuestro abundante desayuno.
Nuevamente, nuestras sinceras disculpas.

overall ok
The staff was very nice and available for the guests, which was a good thing, plus a very good breakfast in the morning. But the rooms badly need to be refurbished, my room smelled of mold, and the bed wasn't particularly comfortable. It is situated in a good location in La Pata, walking distance to almost anywhere!

everything regular/cheap/minimun/ for the same money day after I was in the superior incredible hotel in Buenos Aires
the people very very nice and educated - it would be smart to have in the room a frigobar, a coffe maker, dispensers in the floors, something more "alive".
The hotel hasn't got less than minimum - if you need a bottle of water, walk in the middle of the night, same if you want a te or something, but they can improve!

Best Place to Stay
I stayed here for a month for a program that I was working with in La Plata. The hotel employees are SO nice and super friendly! The breakfast is great and the homemade orange juice is out of this world. These people really made me feel at home when I was thousands of miles away from my home. Although they did not speak English fluently, they always tried to make an effort to talk to me in English to make me feel more comfortable and were very understanding of language barriers and cultural differences. The room was very nice and always cleaned. At first I was worried of leaving my things out while I was gone for the day, but I never had any problems with stolen or damaged items. I could not have asked for a better place to stay at.
